Yoga
Yoga is a part of me.
As a little girl, I watched my father do his daily ritual of "morning stretches" and meditation. It wasn't until my early twenties that I realized he was practicing something called yoga.
In 2002, I devoted myself to serious study of yoga. Beginning with Ashtanga, I later moved deeply into the realm of meditation, mindfulness and alignment-based yoga, under the direction of Kim Drye and Becca Impello. After 14 years of personal practice, I completed my RYT-200 Yoga Teacher certification. I am genuinely excited to help other people get in touch with their whole body, mind, and spirit.
I am available to teach workshops and private sessions. Let's talk.
